On Thursday January 12 I texted the phone number 1-909-519-9225 with a picture of my bike a diamond 1100 that need a new pedal that I order online that need to be fixed. They text me back and asked if they could come on Saturday January 14 between 12 and 2 pm. I text them back and they said it was confirmed. Nobody ever showed up and did not call me back. On Monday January 14 I got a text asking if I still wanted it done. I text back yes. Did not hear anything back. On Tuesday 1/17/2023 I text back to the number at 10 am and asked if they know someone in Chino Hills that could fix it the text me back and said the technician would be at my house in Chino Hills between 12 and 2 pm. I text them back and said ok that I would redo my schedule. So they did not show up between 12 and 2 pm. So no phone call or text to say they were sorry or anything. So if you want to wait around and not get your product fixed or a sorry then this is your place. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I also have screen shots of the text messages going between myself and the company.
