Everyone is a champion in their own way even if they are not an athlete. Our mission is to help everyone wanting to take control of their health and well-being at their own pace. We provide opportunities to keep bodies feeling their best and allow people to work toward their own individual wellness goals.Angela is a physical therapist with 17+ years of experience in the outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting. She has worked with people ranging in age from 2 months to 96 years of age and with a wide variety diagnoses.She is able to fit custom foot orthotics, perform manipulation of the spine and joints, and works with children with torticollis.She works with many local athletes for sports rehabilitation and specifically runners, softball/baseball players, volleyball, soccer players, dancers, and Junior Olympic gymnasts.
