This review isn't on their charity nor employee. This review is based upon how they treat renters in their housing program. I moved into one of their units 2018 by Nicole McKoy who deceived and lie. Upon moving in at that time Erica Strong was the property manager recently employed. I've only lived there just weeks when they had a neighbor to deliberately create loud noise against my wall and so I reported this nuisance to the property manager and Nicole McKoy the housing manage at Salvation Army Corporate office in St Louis. After creating the beginning of many illegal treatment against me Erica Strong and Nicole McKoy have tenants to do their dirty work against tenants less liked. I have plethora of documents to support this review. One is they had two tenants after moving in a few months later to vandalize my brand new 2018 car. Documented with police report. I reported this to office manager Erica Strong-and she covered for the two tenants. These are the 3010 Apartments owned by Salvation Army. Not only have they vandalized my vehicle. The staff are in cahoots where they only hire friends and family to continue there illegal activity - crack cocaine selling and users they ONLY RENT TO addicts to keep there illegal dealings ongoing. The staff had it out for me ever since I moved into their dump of a unit. Management has done ALL this during my tenancy at 3010 Apartments: Turn off my heat deliberately Turn off my air deliberately enter my apartment to steal and go through my personal things and when I make a complaint they tell me to move. Moved their friend next door to create excessively loud noise 24/7 where I had to live elsewhere and pay rent still. Have attorney's not to assist when illegal eviction. Supposedly under new management EastPointe Realty, LLC covering for McCormack Baron previous sub owners. Used tenants to harass me, bully me continuously. Collaborating with police, legislators, any governmental agencies to hide the truth of tenant abuse. Current property manager Laurie Betts and Irving Blue both intentionally told to force me off the property by any means. Use my disability to create hardship and problems daily. The worse is the attempt of murder by forcing chemicals through HVAC system then deny or ignore my emails regarding this issue. Created a extreme hostile environment by having other tenants listen in on my conversations and use the very complaint against me in retaliation. Thus privacy invasion is extreme here and treat me like I had any human rights. They created an hostile environment so bad to keep me from being employed anywhere. Then told tenants not to speak to me and also Laurie Betts had the heat and air turned off deliberately until I’m off the property therefore other tenants couldn’t get air nor heat. Laurie Betts is very unprofessional that she represents EastPoint Reality LLC which business in Kansas City, MO partnered with Salvation Army to illegally evict me. Had told one of her contract workers to not speak to me but can speak to others while she devise the unethical unfair housing without being witnessed. Laurie Betts is relative to Vernon Betts a Sheriff at the St Louis, City department to assist in my demise, illegal eviction. Had their attorney speak to other attorneys to not take my case so that their destruction upon me can manifest all for the sake of crack cocaine that I repeatedly reported to their attention but was ignored. Police 4th district support 3010 Apartment illegal activities. Property manager used my disability against me to publicly cause ruin, humiliation. Salvation Army is very unethical and evil behind closed doors. Tried to reach out to corporate office and no one like Mr. Busick, refuse to return any of my calls. Salvation Army practice discrimination and unfair housing and get agencies to believe their lies. It’s unfortunate that I’m treated this way. Note: I was manipulated into the lease so their justifying their wrong doing is to cause more destruction upon me. Laurie Betts on board January 2022 and never once did she address any of my concerns per Salvation Army Corporate headquarters. TheyONLY rent to addicts as most of the tenants are a form of an addict one way or another. I’m not just writing a review because of one issues. Salvation Army use tenants to commit attempt of murder on tenants through crack cocaine, heroine and other illegal substances. They wanted me to be subjected to sexual harassment and did make a report to HUD Pamela Porter who threw my complaint in the trash never investigated my complaint and sided with Laurie Betts lies. Therefore, they took extreme measures to block any effort in resolution the many issues within 3 years. The two photos are just a small sample of their cruel housing treatment upon me. Everyone hands involved intently damage my life again because I made reports regarding crack cocaine, lack of heat and air, denying me maintenance, use the HVAC SYSTEM to continuously release crack cocaine into my unit day and night, especially when sleeping, maintenance guy entered my unit while sleeping… there is plenty more issues again nothing was done about any of my concerns. Both entities SALVATION ARMY CORP AND EastPointe Realty LLC McCormack Baron rather retaliate for making complaints against, loud banging from apt 214, 314, 212 and lack of heat.
