We started off as a Rehab company, just rehabbing the distresses homes in the neighborhood that everyone else had just given up on. While working on these homes, we were constantly approached by neighbors asking if there was anyway we could help them with there mortgage debt, since they owned way more than there house was worth and dealing with the bank was more stressful than just walking away. So we became a debt negation company that works with owners that are looking to get out of there stressful situation that lead up to them finding themselves in the middle of a foreclosure. So we became a full service Real estate company that not only buys homes that are upside down on the mortgage, but also buys unwanted homes from an estate sale, divorce, vacant homes such as having to put parents in and assistant living facility, or the wide variety of other conditions that happen where the owner needs a quick sale.

We do all the negation with the Bank, so the owners do not have to be on hold for hours at a time with someone in India, or go thru the transfer maze of pressing 2,4,8,1,9 only to find themselves being disconnected.

Then there is the scenario where one bank representative says on Monday, is no where close to the same when you call back on Friday, no wonder people get feed up, and just throw in the towel ,cause they get absolutely no guidance or help from the bank. We take care of all those calls and we pick up all the mail that comes to your house and deal with that to.
