As detailed in our limited home warranty, if there are problems because of defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty term, we will arrange for their repair or replacement. In general and subject to certain exclusions, our limited home warranty includes coverage for materials and workmanship; coverage for heating, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems; and coverage for structural components of the home.
