I called in regards to my 15 month old daughters ear leaking, she's got the tubes in past 2 months. Dr Z. Was very quick in answering back and gave me great description of what it could be if it looked a certain way. His answer was confirmed as I took my daughter to urgent care to get her medicine. I heard back within 5 minutes of asking the question. Will definitely be using zip dr again when issues arise. It was nice confirmation of what I thought it was before I wasted half a day waiting in the ER. Highly recommend it!

I had a problem with my foot, sent my question to zip doctor. They responded very quickly with a number of possible causes and a solution. Saved me a trip to the emergency room which is what I was going to do first . Overall very satisfied.

I'm 100% pleased! I got a second opinion about a medical issue without even needing to leave home. I asked follow-up questions and received answers as well. My wait was a tad long but for free medical advice I still think it was super. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future
