There are so many benefits that come with having online presence for your business, however, one downside that I didn’t really consider at first is what happens when you have terrible reviews, fake reviews or just some competitor trying to drag my name in the ground? Yes, I’m sure this happens quite often but when it happened to me I felt crushed!
