Shrub trimming and weeding blunder at the customers expense. This would have been the second time I used this landscaping company, it was a disaster.
The worse part is after this company dropped off two men that cleared my whole front property without my permission or without any feedback from the customer about the work that needed to be done.
Big communication problems for this company- first they missed two scheduled dates which was in an attempt to discuss a possible job. We didn’t even work out a price and they dropped off two men to work without the owner, myself being home. Through a text message they misunderstood what the customer was requesting, which was a phone call to discuss the work. After asking them to leave the property the owner then decides to show up and goes to my neighbors house to discuss the issue with them. Finally when there is an opportunity to talk about a major mistake on the companies part, the owner first blames my son who was leaving for work when they arrived, then proceeds to tell me his feelings are hurt. This was a huge mistake and the owner is unable to perceive his responsible.
