That old adage, “Like father, like son,” holds true for Chef's. In Brooklyn, it’s not unusual to have famous siblings or relatives in the biz, especially father-son tandems. Whether they’re cooking Seafood together, prepping a Banquet or just supporting each other’s recipes, these family ties beget some of the most interesting characters to ever grace the the Restaurant Business. “The emphasis is on the quality of the product, but we wanted to present it in an approachable format, so people could come in and enjoy a few times a week,” says Chef Stan. “We wanted it to be a home away from home.” At the helm is Stanley, son and protégé of re-noun chef Alik of Chateau De Alik. His love of Seafood is showcased in the variety of adventures that await you on the menu.
