Elite Health Group

Back in the summer of 2010, Susan Anderson Scott formed Premiere Home Health Care. The organization began serving their first clients in January of 2011. The business was founded for the purpose of providing concierge level service and support to those in need of in-home care.

In May 2015, Gus Van Dender joined Susan in an effort to re-brand and restructure the company. The vision and unprecedented level of service provided by our highly trained, experienced, compassionate and dependable caregivers remained the same. The name changed to Elite Health Group.
