The equipment requirements are elementary: bags, gloves, timer and music. Members will get a group workout that does not miss a spot: 1,000 calorie-an-hour cardio bomb and a superb all-body tuner that builds shoulders and forearms and works legs, hips, abs, upper back, triceps, biceps and lats.

Our instructors are boxers, kick-boxers and mixed martial artists, who have completed rigorous training and know the best way to challenge the body to its ultimate shape,
