I had Clark County Carpet Cleaning come out to my rental property with literally less than a 24 hour notice (Trisha got me right in!) and FIRST THING in the morning to boot. When Jeff go there he per-treated an area of the carpet and then cleaned it only to realize that the carpet was not salvageable. He was up front and honest and instead of charging me to shampoo the carpet knowing that it would not get out the stains and the smell (smell from 3 dogs and 2 cats) he told me I should get it replaced. Of course, he offered to do the job and give it a try but knowing that the smell and stains were BAD and when I say BAD I mean you want to gag when you walked in the door (had them cleaned the first time a week ago by a different company THEN I bought 2 gallons of Nature's Miracle and attempted to treat the carpets myself) he was honest about it. Got to love a company that comes out for free estimate at 7:30 am on short notice and does the right thing. They gave me a referral to a company who can replace my carpets at a reasonable price (hopefully) and I will definitely use Clark County in the future for my carpet cleaning needs.

I have had several different companies come out over the years (Stanley Steamer, Coit and Sears) and the prices seem to just get higher and higher. I was never unhappy with any of their cleanings, but would try other major companies when they had a sale. With money tight, I called several smaller companies including Clark County Carpet and wanted to make sure they were properly licensed and insured like Stanley Steamer & Coit. They were the only company that provided me all their licensing & proof of insurance. Not one other company got back to me which made me very nervous to use. I was very happy with the cleaning and the price was very affordable. Knowing that they were also licensed and insured put me at ease with them coming into my home. I would definitely recommend them and will use them from now on!

I needed my carpets cleaned so I thought I might try someone new. They showed up 15min. early, That was better than being late or not at all like the last company I tried. The carpets look better than I was expecting. I am very happy with the service and price. I paid 104.00 to have 3 bedroom`s , stairs and a hallway steam cleaned. Thanks guys GREAT JOB

Our dog got sick last night and we had to call out a carpet cleaning service. I looked for companies that had high reviews, hoping for the best, and I GOT IT! The gentelmen who came out were very helpful and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to use this company as their only professional carpet cleaners. The spots came up and because of their guarantee of their work, i have no hesitation in knowing we will be using them again.

Job done by Imperial - Excellent results. High marks all around. They have a big compressor and managed to remove some stubborn stains from our light beige carpet (that we could not). The tiles look brand new. Crew of 2 men - polite and professional. Will have repeats as needed. Highly recommended.

Couldn't be more impressed. They showed up on time, set up and got right to work. The carpets look amazing all the stubborn spots we never got out scrubbing ourselves were gone. Paul even gave us tips for the dogs trouble spots! Our carpets were dry a few hours later and house back to normal. They look amazing and are so soft ! Very reasonably priced and so worth the money for the work the guys put in. We will use them again and again !

My neighbor recommended this company and they came out today and I was very pleased with the work they did. They cleaned two rooms for the $59. The guys were very nice and did a wonderful job. As a senior you have to be careful with who you let in. My neighbor was pleased and so was I. I would definitely call them again.
