I would have felt better about this if Timothy Gawenda had just robbed me at gunpoint the old fashioned way! Tim stole my money and never came back!!! Tim contracted with me to remodel my pool deck. I paid him $4100/ which was 50%. He spent 2 days here working, His crew destroyed my retaining wall and pool water ($1900 in damages) and has only been back to retrieve his equipment. He has refused to finish the job. Contract states he will refund the deposit if the work is not completed. He has refused to finish the work OR refund my money.
