Personally Fit is a unique one-on-one personal training studio located in the Vista in Columbia, SC. We were established in 1992, and have been providing health and fitness training ever since. This easy access location is convenient for the working professional, visiting traveler, or the person looking to get back into shape. At Personally Fit we operate as a family, not a group of individuals. Our focus is always on the client. Every trainer will know your name, and be available to help you if needed. We tailor the workout to meet your individual goals; whether it is weight loss, overall fitness, training for an athletic event, nutritional counseling, injury prevention, or injury rehabilitation, our experienced staff has the background to help reach any goal. We pride ourselves on staying current on trends and new innovations in fitness and rehabilitation.
