STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!! Believe NOTHING that comes out of his mouth. I'm 70 years old and on SSDI. I was getting out of an abusive marriage and went to him for help. He saw me as an easy mark. Took 4k from me and didn't even do the BASIC paperwork at the beginning of the case. Lied to me, lied about me, lied to the court and was WAY too chummy with opposing counsel. Dodging my emails, messages and phone calls while telling the court he is unable to contact me..Nice huh,? I have never experienced such blatant disrespect for the Judicial system. It was more like a lying contest than a court case. I'm going to do everything possible to see the Florida Bar removes him from the profession. His inability to do his job has cost me EVERYTHING and I will soon find my self HOMELESS. Don't put yourself through it. And if your issue is criminal...get ready to do time. I would estimate that for 4k I received at the most 4 incompetent billable hours of his time. There isn't a lawyer in Charlotte County worth that. See you in court buddy. Hope you have plenty of Malpractice Insurance. Documentation available upon request.
