Very disrespectful and unprofessional owner. Michael Walker quoted $1500 for the transmission $1000 and $50 transmission fluid, for a total of $2550. We gave him a deposit of &2000. He stated the vehicle would be repaired and ready to be picked up on Friday. We reached out to him on Friday to get an update on the vehicle because we had not received any kind of communication from him. He then notified us that, the vehicle would not be ready until Monday. We asked to confirm the remaining balance. He stated that the remaining balance was $1350, which was incorrect. The remaining balance was $550. We decided to go to the shop to try and rectify the situation. Upon arrival, the owner was very disrespectful and got belligerent when asked for information regarding the increase on the repairs. He even went as far as to physically threatening a woman. He started using profanity and refused to honor his original quote. Had the vehicle not been repaired, I would have had the vehicle removed from this establishment and serviced at another repair shop. To anyone reading this, I would not give this company any business. Things could have been handled more professionally and respectfully.
