I rented an electric wheelchair for my ailing father. Let them know that he is 6’4” tall a large framed man. They said the chair would be big enough for him. They delivered the chair. When my father attempted to use the chair he did not even come close to fitting in the chair. The chair was small for my brother who is only 5’11”. We then requested them to pickup the chair and asked for a refund for the transaction and was offered only $100 of the $300 we paid. They are a total scam and ripoff company. We contacted one of their competitors to see if they had a large enough chair for a 6’4” man and they said no right away. They offered a lot more help. I would highly recommend steering clear of Ascher Health Care and use AC Rehab instead. The man from AC Rehab is very friendly and most importantly HONEST. As the other one Star reviews that I see Donald the owner was also very rude to my mother hanging up the phone on her on several occasions. Needless to say I’ll be disputing the charges on my credit card with picture evidence of my dad not being able to fit in the chair they provided.
