If there was a way to give them negative stars. I would rate them a negative 5 stars. I payed for the platinum car wash that was $35 and gave them a $5 tip. So for $40 you would think your car would be clean. When they were done with my car it was still so dirty with crumbs on my sits still. The floor mats had foot prints on them still. The windows still had bugs on them. The tires we so dirty, that when I went home I had to use an entire roll of paper towels to clean all the dirt. The management was so disrespectful that I don't recommend them for anyone to go through what I went through. For $40 I could of done I better job myself. You're better off saving your money or going somewhere else.
