We try to give a more personalized service rather than just sending out crew Forman who has never seen or physically walked the job
Process is first for a sales manager to write out a detailed scope (which we are known for and which a lot of people use us unfortunately and then somebody else does the work) of work with quoted cost before any job is started.
Sale manager (Experienced) will come with samples materials if needed and get crew started the first day and meet with owner to discuss any issues relating to the job. Most jobs billed after job is complete to insure quality work is completed first.
Sales manager will do a follow up and monitor job as it goes along.

Difference is a wealth of experience, European craftsman and my name on the trucks for responsibility ( which means a lot ). A good portion of our work is referral. Small enough company to take on smaller work but big enough to handle large commercial , industrial and institutional work when needed. Not looking to be the biggest only the best at a fair price.
