I have a special interest in emotional experience, the mind-body connection, mindfulness, and cross-cultural work. Predominantly, I help people navigate life transitions/ upheaval, cope more effectively with stress and stop using ineffective ways of coping (such as substance abuse). I like to think I help others discover what they really want and help them make decisions more easily, so they may balance their own needs with others.
