Roundhouse Krav Maga and Martial Arts offers both youth and adult Krav Maga and Hap Ki Do, women only self defense and cardio/fitness classes as well as seminars and after school programs of all kinds.
Krav Maga is the Israeli system of self defense that focuses on real world situations and easy to use techniques. We intentionally keep classes in order to maximize individual attention and retention. We encourage people of all abilities and ages to check us out.
