As a local manufacturer with about 30 employees, staying current with technology has become an increasing challenge, and more importantly, harnessing and implementing best practices for IT within a company has increasingly become more time and knowledge intensive. Add to that the need for personnel oversight to ensure everything runs smoothly makes the IT efforts overwhelming and yet critical.

The solution has been to outsource the IT department to CinchIT. I cannot be more satisfied with their support stall to ensure that IT functions smoothly and is maintained timely with all of the necessary best practices that are critically important in todays world. Their followup to any IT issues with their ticket system and knowledge base ensure good communication, and timely resolutions. Further as an outreach for the companies IT department, quarterly IT reviews and recommendations keep me informed of areas of improvement and opportunity.
