Where to start. Long story short. Lani neglected to come for 2 weeks without notifying us tenants or the landlord. By the time we come back from vacation the grass is out of control (p.s. that was supposed to be her 1st time landscaping for us, so great first impression). When she then did finally come no work was noticeably done, except the grass was slightly cut, no bushes were even slightly trimmed etc. When I requested when she would come next as I'd like to work from home that day to meet with her and discuss what needs to be done I am met with arrogance that she is a professional, knows what needs to be done etc. Rude reply, but I decide to stay calm and let it go and explain that I as a paying customer just want to have an idea of what she will do. We finally agree for another day for her to come, I specifically arrange with my employer to work from home that day and then she cancels in the morning. When I explain how inconvenient this is she replies that she is just very busy and planting lots of flowers (I honestly don't care) so I ask her if she can actually provide us with weekly timely service to which she replies that she is sorry she is a great landscaper, she has great reviews and for me to look for someone else.
