Annette’s background lies in the financial and real estate industry, where she spent 15 years in sales and marketing with Wells Fargo and Mellon Bank's investment division. Before purchasing Williams Mechanical, she spent seven years in residential land development and real estate sales. Annette still holds her real estate license, and continues to be involved in the industry. Because of this experience, she understands what high-efficiency HVAC and solar systems contribute to property value and will help you make the most of your investment.
