As far as communication goes, their communication was excellent. The crew was always readily available when I needed answers or clarification. I have never hired a moving company before. We called around for estimates and this company was the one that fit our needs. We called them back and set up a date and made sure they knew we could only afford two hours of service and they completely understood what we were telling them. on moving day two guys showed up on time and were very nice and courteous. The guys flew through the job with no problems and definitely knew what they were doing. I was very pleased with the work in these guys and I would definitely use them again and if I know anyone that needs help moving I will suggest bayflower!

I got a very great mover, bayflower is best. This is the second time he moved our family cross the country. He was very professional,respectful and super clean. He made sure that everything was done professionally. He moved us with care when, which other companies don't seem to know how to do. He didn't break anything, which was surprising. Bayflower packed up our whole house in a day. We had about 7 guys packing us up. They packed all our fragile safely and were extremely organized. They kept double checking with me and labeled all the boxes. The guys were super nice too. Moving went so smoothly, it really took all the stress out of it. We got a fantastic price and terrific service. Would definitely recommend.

My sales guy was amazing, from the first phone call when he agreed to come give a quote within 3 days (everyone else was a week or more), to the first meeting, when he came and gave us an accurate and thorough assessment of our move, to the day of the move when he led his team to move us. He and his 3 guys worked hard, gave good estimates of timing and were really just nice guys to work with for the day. The price was exactly as quoted and every part of the move was made flawlessly. At the end of the day, when they realized they brought up one of the rugs last, they picked up the furniture so we could get the rug down in place without having to be asked and without an attitude. Our recent move from FL to MD went really well after a long time we moved and the moving experience was a great one. Thanks to the team of bayflower movers. It was a sudden decision to relocate from Miami to Phoenix. When I got a great job opportunity I decided to leave Miami. I hired Bayflower Moving for the move because of my friends suggested me to use them. Their asking price was very reasonable and they gave me in written that there would be no hidden cost involved. I had to change the moving date and they did really well to accommodate the change and never asked for any additional fees. Movers showed up on time at the moving day and performed like real pros. They were very organized and knew what they were doing and had the idea about the nature of the move. All those delicate and fragile stuffs were taken care of nicely and the delivery was made before the allotted time. I checked the inventory was quite stunned because I never expected such a picture perfect move. I would like to full service van lines to everyone because they are the best.

Movers of bay flower Moving are the most outstanding movers I have ever seen. They were brilliant during my move. I used them while moving to Wyoming from Jersey. It was a tough challenge for any movers because of the time frame I gave them and for the volume of my belongings. That was enough for them to show how professional they were. Moving experiences can vary a lot depending on the specific personal you happen to work with. Victor was by far the most professional and skilled mover I have encountered. Him and his assistants filled our truck for a cross country move of over 2500 miles, so it was especially important that the truck be packed well so our belongings would safely get to our destination.
We are very grateful to Victor and the team for accomplishing that.

My sister used BayFlower Moving Gorup not too long ago and I remember that she was relieved at how well the move had gone. Great service from start to finish. I worked with a young man named Joe for a long distance move from Washington DC to Arizona and he was amazingly helpful. Joe made him self very accessible and answered all my questions about the process! The rate was very reasonable for a move of that distance. The moving team who picked up and delivered my items was extremely nice and professional.

My items were picked up on a Saturday and delivered on the following Monday afternoon. I was notified beforehand when my things would be picked up and delivered and my schedule and availability was definitely considered. There was no hidden fees and all of my furniture was delivered without a scratch.

This is a very exciting time in my life. Let me back track. I am a musician. I have been playing in dive bars, cover bands, and pretty much anywhere with a PA system for the past 10 years. I had BayFlower Moving Group do my move from New Jersey to Missouri. We used to live in three rooms apartment. The movers spent only around four hours from packing to upload into the trailer. They strictly followed the timeline fixed for them. They came up not only on right time but few minutes sooner than the schedule. My friend shifted to Missouri one month after my relocation. The mover did excellent job for both of us. We couldn't raise a single complaint for their process or timeline. Best Crew Great Movers NJ to TX This was my first significant move as I have always lived in the town where I was born. Moves were made with the assistance of friends. I received a job offer requiring a move from summit NJ to Dallas TX . They gave me one of the best quotes and Dave took the time to explain everything to me the crew from NJ: Vic and two other guys ( sorry memory failed me) were so conscientious and thorough they put me at ease. Dave told me it may take up to 14 days to deliver, but they got it to me in 9 days - delivering on a Sunday. The driver from east to west began reaching out to me by Friday. They delivered everything intact so far! I still have boxes to go through. The delivery guy went above and beyond to open a jammed door on one of my end tables well! This is a company with a lot of integrity on both coasts!! Thank you BayFlower Moving Group.

If I could give these people ZERO stars I would! They used extra packing materials (when they did not need to), gave a horrible estimate, jacked the price up $2,000 after all of our item were held hostage in the truck, and demanded a tip TWICE. All of the movers were Russian and did not speak English. I am military and while I was deployed our house was destroyed and my wife was forced to deal with these con artists. They took advantage of her when I could not contact her or them and they knew full well of that situation. They are not military friendly. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Bayflower Moving Group was a reputable moving company, they really are true to their word. These guys moved my husband and I to Conneticut from Florida just 2 weeks ago.

These movers were great! I moved a one bedroom apartment from West Orange New Jersey to Danbury CT and then I had an additional dropoff with no extra charge for multiple stops.

Originally I was supposed to have the crew come in the afternoon, but bayflower moving group was very accommodating and changed my move to the morning. Everyone was exceptionally professional, quick, and careful with my stuff.

We used these guys when we moved our house in. Newark to a house in Philly, we moved at short notice and these guys were very helpful, they emailed and called me to confirm anything and called again to double check everything the day before.

We were given a binding flat price that they stuck to. They worked really efficiently and nothing was damaged, they were super strong and the really heavy items didn't phase them at all.
In our new house we have lots of stairs, but this didn't prove a problem. They even made sure our pine bed was fully assembled before they left :) Very professional team and helped make our move day so much less stressful.

I had never used movers before and we were very scared to be taken advantage of or they wouldn't do their job properly. Picked bayflower moving group because of the high rating on this site, however, some more digging revealed that some of these reviews do seem faked as others have pointed out (which I didn't like) We still went with bayflower because I figured they couldn't all be fake and would have had more negative reviews.

I wasn't disspointed. Between Seth always answering my questions quickly and without hesitation to the actual move it was a pleasant experience. Rolando the moving specialist set up for our items to be prepped the night before our move. While they came early, the guys (led by Victor) did a great job and even gave us our wardrobe boxes early which helped ALOT! I liked Victor and asked if he was coming the next day, he told me he couldn't guarantee it.
Well anyway, the next morning Victor and 2 new guys did show up. They moved very quickly and efficiently. They handled all the items with care. We had to leave early to go to Maryland to sign our new lease, so my parents stayed with the movers until they finished.

I know it was a long day for them, as they then drove 4 hours to our new apartment and unloaded all the items. To top it off, it started raining pretty heavily. We gave them doughnuts/coffee, pizza/soda, and they seemed very appreciative.

The guys worked very hard and they treated all my belongings with the greatest care. Also good sense of humor and very organized and hard working. I just do not know how they could do it all as I was on the 4th floor with no elevator. I know the subject line is corny, but I am another of Bayflower Moving Group satisfied customers. I used them to move from NJ to Seattle and they were excellent. I did my homework this time since last time I got stuck with a broker. I found out that these guys are an ACTUAL MOVING COMPANY YAY! Bayflower Moving did an excellent job today. My wife and I could not be more satisfied. This was a local move as we prepare for a longer move to GA. We needed someone to remove from our apartment everything that will be stored in NJ and to bring it to our two off-site storage units at Public Storage about 9 miles away. They then had to reorganize the two storage units so that one unit would only have what stays in NJ and the other only what goes to GA.

The movers asked me to point out all of my fragile boxes and they loaded them one by one into the truck, carefully keeping them apart from everything else in the attic of the truck. That was the biggest concern i had with hiring any movers that no one cares fragile materials but they did. They were also very concerned about damaging my furniture.
