Dr. Robinson is a licensed psychologist who specializes in treating adults with Asperger's (AS or AD) Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD), Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and other Learning Differences (LD), and Anxiety Disorders including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Phobias and Panic Disorder, and Sensory Processing Disorders including Auditory Processing Disorder (APD and CAPD), Communication Disorders -- Expressive and Receptive, Visual Processing Disorder and Nonverbal Learning Disorder.

Dr. Robinson and the professional staff at Live More Simply, Inc provide Neuropsychological Testing and Psychological Testing, diagnosis, counseling, coaching and therapy. We use a multidisciplinary team approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), time management, social skills training, assertiveness training, cognitive training, active listening, planning, scheduling and organization skills training. We specialize in testing college students seeking classroom accommodations and accommodations for GRE, GMAT, LSAT and other standardized exams and certifications. Our treatment philosophy focuses on providing patients not only with the counseling they need to accommodate their cognitive deficits, but to capitalize on their cognitive strengths. We practice Behavioral Medicine and Integrative Primary Care by collaborating closely with your family physician, psychiatrist or neurologist.

In addition to teaching at Southern Methodist University for over six years, Dr. Robinson served as Dean of Students, Head of Behavioral Medicine and Ethics at The Medical University of the Americas where he introduced integrating the practice of Psychology and Medicine to medical students. He completed his undergraduate training at The University of Virginia and received his masters and doctorate degrees from The Georgia Institute of Technology.

In addition to his experience in clinical psychology, Dr. Robinson has established business credentials and a long-standing track record of success creating and running national-scale marketing campaigns, market research, planning and analysis. This includes major corporate turnarounds. He served as Vice President of Marketing for Greyhound, Inc and for BPAA -- the trade association for the bowling industry -- as Director of Marketing for Holiday Inns and as Head of Market Research for Consumer Products for Texas Instruments.

He also successfully established and managed Stuart N. Robinson and Associates, Inc, a national marketing research and strategic planning firm with five offices around the county. He personally served as a marketing consultant to over 300 national corporate clients including Texas Instruments, ATARI’s, Time- Warner, American Express, Girl Scouts of America and many others, and helped reposition the destination image and develop new markets for Texas, New Mexico, Virginia, San Antonio, New York City, Atlantic City, Memphis & others.

Dr. Robinson has two grown sons, Taylor and Harper. He raised them as a single parent and feels this was the single accomplishment that he is proud of most.
