Sirius XM Radio Incorporated, commonly referred to as Sirius XM, is a broadcasting company providing two satellite radio services all throughout the United States of America. The two satellite radios within the United States are named Sirius Satellite Radio and XM Satellite Radio. This broadcasting company also branched out to the neighboring country Canada, having the company name Sirius XM Canada.

The company was formed after the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved that it would allow Sirius Satellite Radio to acquire the XM Satellite Radio Holding Incorporated on July 29, 2008. Through the merging process, there have been a total of 18.5 million subscribers tuning in to Sirius XM. In the second quarter of 2013, it had reached total of more than 25 million subscribers all around America and in Canada.

Sirius XM radio content has been available for online streaming, acting as an add-on to subscriptions done prior to the acquisition of this radio content. It can also be an internet-only option. The company, too has announced that it would offer a personalized interactive radio experience that is operated online similar to its competitor Pandora.

Through this interactive radio experience, it would allow the subscribers to replay, skip, or ban songs on their preferred channels, wherever and whenever they want to. This gives more freedom for the listener to personalize his or her music choices. MySXM then has been launched afterwards, on April 15, 2013, allowing users to have their own kind of mix to over 50 existing Sirius XM Channels.

In the present time, Sirius XM is still providing the quality services it can give to its subscribers all across the states of the Americas and through Canada as well.
