I called Jeff Jones Plumbing Co to fix my blocked toilet. They arrived on time, were very help full yet professional. After completing the job they inspected and ensured all stays in order, did not charge me for the extra work. Thoroughly recommend them!

This evening I had the hot water in our ensuit shower refusing to turn off - our regular plumber did not see the event as an emergency warranting a call out at 9:30 in the evening. I called Jeff Jones Plumbing Co as an alternative and outlined the situation. The person I spoked to walked me through how to turn off the hot water myself - a fix that will do us in the morning when we can get our plumber out, and which will save me a service charge. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity of the person who helped me.
