At Michael’s Wellness Center, we have certified personal trainers who train our clients according to specialized needs, including: obesity, diabetes, Fibromyalgia, cancer and post-cancer, post-injury, senior citizens, sports-specific, marathon, triathlon, and Ironman preparation, MMA conditioning, boxing conditioning, motocross conditioning, and many more at all levels of fitness. We also do specialized stretching and fitness & nutritional programs for clients. Our focus is on functional fitness and proper nutritional guidelines to get maximum results for clients.
