Infinity Aquarium of Las Vegas = THE WORST SERVICE!!!
My REVIEW? = DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
I would NEVER think of treating a client the way this company dealt with me, they came out on December 23rd and spent a total of 20 minutes only sucking up water and putting new water in, also poorly wiped off the top of my 2 filters & replaced them with filters that I had purchased myself which are not cheap & charged me $65.00!
I had just had a major surgery on Dec 5th and was not in good shape, I did not look close at the tank but was very unhappy as to what I saw but went ahead and wrote the worker a check with a $10.00 tip for Christmas. When my boyfriend got home he was livid, the tank was just about as dirty as before the “professional” cleaning! They did not pick up/agitate the rocks at the bottom leaving all the organic waste (left over food, or turtle feces), wipe off the glass, aquarium decorations…etc. When I did try to confront the worker he did not speak but 2 words of English.
My boyfriend then called the OWNER of the company only to be talked over and then re-sent the same worker that did the horrible job. When the worker left the second time not only was one of my goldfish missing (sucked up?) but he also broke an aquarium piece that I had in there which did cost $7.99.
I cancelled my check (cost me $30.00) and when the owner realized this he called me accusing me of only trying to get “A FREE tank cleaning???? What a joke for him to suggest that after I tipped a gracious $10 before I realized the awful job that was done!
The OWNER needs to stop talking so much and concentrate on customer service!!!!!!
Attached also is a video of the tank and dirt in it right after his worker left the first time… you tell me if that looks "CLEAN”?? The water after this short of time is cloudy, dirty and needs to be completely re-cleaned!
