By spreading his name in Pasadena with installing bathrooms in big bedrooms, he was able to establish a reputation based on work ethic. He had four sons, two of which became plumbers, that eventually took over the business. t soon became the largest mechanical plumbing contractor firm in all of Southern California for the next 50 years with over 200 employees. im Hogan,now president, took over the business in 1978. Since then he has continued to do large wide-scale projects. In 2000, the company opened up a repair/trench-less division and today are focused on specialized niches in the industry.
