For a truly special Vail dining experience, The Sebastian - Vail offers monthly Vintners' Dinners that will please the palate of you and your guests. Each month, a visiting vintner selects wines to complement a five course dinner at Block 16. Executive Chef Sergio Howland creates perfect pairings based on the Vintner's Selections.
