Asset Based Lending, LLC (ABL) is a private commercial lender founded in 2010. Our mission is to help real estate investors, quickly and efficiently, finance their business activities. We provide twelve-month bridge financing to purchase and rehabilitate distressed residential and mixed-use commercial properties. We specialize in:

• Short sales
• Multi-family buildings
• New residential construction
• Mixed use commercial properties


We are private (hard money) lenders that either work with brokers or lend directly to investors. We do not finance owner occupied properties. ABL is actively lending in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. either directly or in partnership with local lenders. We also selectively purchase loans from licensed brokers.
