David Bowden, MD

David creates an attentive rapport with his patients using an evidence-based and holistic approach to treatment. He is particularly interested in patients with musculoskeletal injuries, concussions, and in using fitness for health promotion. As a sports medicine specialist, David focuses on maximizing the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle while avoiding injuries. He received his master's in public health from Emory University and his doctorate of medicine from Tulane University School of Medicine. David completed his residency and chief residency in internal medicine at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, and his Fellowship in Sports Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR. David is board certified in internal medicine and sports medicine.
