V Seagrove

V in Seagrove is now open in Hotel Viridian and promises to be an unrivaled 30-A destination for both locals and visitors alike. The name Hotel Viridian celebrates the ever-changing blue-green colors of the Gulf of Mexico. The restaurant V, offers a relaxed eclectic atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor dining. The menu focused on fresh seafood and produce that is locally sourced. Restaurant veteran and managing partner Sean Goss; and executive chef David Cunningham, have created an unrivaled culinary experience.
