While Bill's flagship location in NYC's Meatpacking District opened in 2009 as a small neighborhood joint, it quickly turned heads across the city and was followed by a 400-seat space at Rockefeller Center, the biggest standalone burger joint in the country, and a location "down the shore" at Harrah's Resort Atlantic City.
