I was contacted by Merchant Industry while I was in the process of getting a Visa/Master Card/Debit Terminal from another company. The process was painfully slow with the company I was trying to get a terminal from and the customer service I received from that company was terrible. I dropped the company I was originally working with to have Merchant Industry take care of my payment processing needs. The service I received from this company was exceptional and in no time I had my terminal up and running. I would gladly recommend Merchant Industry to any new/existing business owner looking for a Merchant Account Services and rates they offer are the best.

I'm seriously considering opening a book store in the near future (2014). One of the major things I'm worried about is taking credit cards. The Merchant Industry website is an excellent resource for different processors (something I knew nothing about before starting this research) and how the best ones work and benefit me. I really can appreciate all the effort made in creating this site and its reviews; it's taken a lot of guessing out of the equation for me!

All of our airport transfer and limousine drivers are set up with mobile card terminals through Merchant Industry. It really streamlined the customer service experience and make thing flow better. If a client calls we simple dispatch the driver and move on to the next call. No more taking the card over the phone. It can even be done online. When the driver arrives at the destination he swipes the card and is back on the road. Plus Merchant Industry has the lowest credit card processing rates anywhere.

When we purchased a bodega there was nothing in place to accept credit cards. The former owner said that he was weary of high fees and waiting several days for his funds to come available. Prior to moving forward with the purchase of the business we contacted Merchant Industry who provided a free terminal and availability of cash from card sales the following day. They also had the lowest fees in the industry. It did not take long for people in the neighborhood to catch on. Less cash in the register also means less risk of loss.

Merchant Industry saved me a lot of money in processing fees and made my funds from sales available in 24 to 48 hours. The other merchant service I was using was charging a higher percentage on lower sales and holding my money for a week at times. Now I can take a debit or credit card for any amount and never have to wait for my money. When I had to have a minimum on sales to take a card it was costing me customers that went elsewhere. Not any more thanks to Merchant Industry.

Very trustworthy company to do business with, no hidden fees like other companies. The Merchant Industry website is really easy to use and the bills very easy to read for the credit card transaction reports, saves plenty of time. I had a new location opening up and forgot to get a credit card machine until the last minute. Merchant Industry resolved this issue quickly and I was ready to process before the doors opened. I believe all businesses should use them.

Merchant Industry LLC not only did save me money on my credit card processing, they have eliminated the problem with returned checks through their check service. I just scan the check and forget it and even if a check bounces I'm never aware of it because the money is automatically deposited in my account. The check collection service will collect any bad checks on my behalf, and it's free of charge. I highly recommend Merchant Industry and will never look elsewhere for processing needs.
