I've had problems with my in ground pool water level dropping in large amounts. I've had several people here to try to determine the source of the leakage. A friend of mine who services pools recommended that I contact Jack Rabbit Services.
They responded quickly and came out to pressure test all of the pool piping and equipment. Eric found several leaks in the light, skimmer and main drain which I had issues with before. He very neatly redid all of the fittings. Eric did a great job and our pool is no longer leaking!
Eric and his staff are very professiional and it was a pleasure working with them through these issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having a pool leaking problems (or any pool issues).

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you so much to Jack Rabbit Services. Mr. Braden gave me great advise over the phone and came right out the next morning. He found a large crack in the skimmer of my pool and checked the entire pipe and pump system for more leaks. Mr. Braden called the next day to check on the pool and make sure it was holding water after I had started to refill it. I reported that the pool had gone down some over night. No problem, within a few hours Mr. Braden was back out with his breathing equipment on checking every inch of my pool liner. He found 5 tiny cracks around the bottom that were the culprit. I had gotten some bad advice from a local pool liner company that told me to drain my vinyl lined inground pool. This caused my liner to shift down. They didn't mind as they were going to overcharge me for a new liner and probably get some extra money from me if my walls caved in. Thank God for Jack Rabbit Services, he told me to stop draining immediately and start to refill. More than half my water was out at that time. If they hadn't told me to drain it then I probably wouldn't have had all the cracks at the bottom of the wall where it meets the floor. Mr. Braden was wonderful calling and checking on me for a few days afterward and even picked up the chlorine I needed to get my water back in shape so he could see to look for the cracks so I didn't have to run all the way to town. I just paid him for it when he got here. Jack Rabbit Services has prompt and friendly customer service. All around wonderful experience. I highly recommend Jack Rabit services.

Thank you Eric for the great pool repair. I do not believe the pool was ever working correctly since I bought the house now that the fountain is repaired. Probably had a slow leak for a long time that got worse, and now correctly repaired!
