Circa 33 pays tribute to our neighborhood street block and the year 1933 which was the year prohibition was repealed. We call ourselves a neighborhood haunt that focuses on great ambiance, delicious food and classic libations. Youll notice our cocktail menu is dated according to year the cocktails were founded; showcasing drinks of the 1900s and drinks influenced by the 21st century. All cocktails follow a classic formula a combination of spirit, sugar, citrus and bitters, using some unique spirits such as Cynar, Green Chartreuse, Absinthe and Lillet Blanc. In addition to our selection of classic cocktails, we feature over 100 whiskeys in our library-style bar. Try one of our 12 beers on draft, highlighting great NW microbrews, cider, as well as some European styles.Our food offering is Chinese-America cuisine - enjoy duck frites and steamed bao, or stick with something comfrting like mac and cheese or fish and chips.
