As full-time, "hands-on" owners, Hugh Crenshaw and Millie Crenshaw recognize the value of professionalism, knowledge, and responsibility. Southern Title and Abstract services the entire State of Florida. We maintain memberships with the Better Business Bureau of Orlando and the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers. We are some of the precious few who, years ago, learned the closing industry by hand, thus providing us with the knowledge and skills that come from many years of experience. To ensure your privacy, all work areas are protected with keypad locks, and all documents and copies are shredded by a certified document shredding company. We also maintain our in-house document imaging system, allowing us immediate access to your file at a moment's notice, whether one, five, or ten years from now. We offer covered wheelchair access to serve our community better. We are a family-owned and operated company with a combined owner experience of over 50 plus years. As full-time “hands-on” owners, Hugh and Millie Crenshaw recognize the value of professionalism, knowledge, and responsibility and are there to answer any questions you may have with your closing. Millie is a full-time closer who runs the office and oversees the closings. Hugh is the title examiner who creates the title commitments according to the guidelines of our underwriters, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company. We can perform all types of searches for any kind of property for our clients and customers at a moment’s notice.
