Filed a COLORADO DORA complaint.
Do not utilize this boyfriend/girlfriend team of licensed bondspeople. They have no ethical or moral obligation to the bonding industry and attempted to charge me 40% on a $500 bond which is illegal. Additionally, they attempted to falsify the bond paperwork I was signing by entering incorrect amounts of payment. They were charging $210 on a bond of $500 but on the paperwork they wrote in an amount of $75. Falsifying bond paperwork in the state of CO is a crime and these bonding agents will be held accountable for their attempts to defraud me as a consumer. There are other agents out there you can trust in this industry to do the right thing... This couple is not one of them.
