I had the worse tow truck driver ever. He was super unprofessional. First he told me he would arrive in 10-15min. He came 30 mins later. Then he comes and ask if I had a extra car charger and was swearing while asking. He said "do you have a extra car charger, my f'ing phone about to die". Then he put my old transmission on the tow truck, drove off and ask me to cashapp him for towing it with my car. Mine you it could have easily been put inside my suv along with the tow. So after I told him he would need to go through the insurance. He started to send me really unprofessional text. So he dropped my suv all the way in the back of the parking lot and left the transmission in the middle of the parking lot. Even the service guy at Nissan in Kennesaw said it was the first time he ever seen such a horrible truck driver. I would never suggest this service provider.
