Krav Maga Self Defense
Krav Maga is an empowering hand-to-hand combat system that was created by the Israeli Defense Force at a time when they needed anyone and everyone to fill their Army. It uses instinctive reflexes and natural inertia to defend, neutralize and overpower opponents, regardless of a person’s age, strength, fitness level or fighting experience.

Kids and Teens Karate
At The Rosati System of Modern Martial Arts, kids enjoy a fun, high-energy, Self Defense workout that helps them flourish in a positive, well disciplined, yet challenging way.

Reality-Based Self Defense
Using The Rosati System of Modern Martial Arts you will learn the defensive techniques of Krav Maga, Shorin Ryu Karate, Japanese Ju Jitsu, Muay Thai plus the ground fighting skills of Brazilian Ju Jitsu.

Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate
You will be learning under Hanshi Michael J. Rosati Sr. 8th Dan, who began studying Karate on Okinawa in 1972 under Eizu Shimabukuro of Shorin Ryu. Since then he's
been a student of Shorin Ryu under Ansei Ueshiro, Joseph Fuschi, Arthur Ng, Takayoshi Nagamine and Toshihiro Oshiro. Michael J. Rosati Sr. was Assistant Coach and Team Member under Dr. Milorad Stricevic the Chairman of Sport Science (L.I. University) and Coach for the 1994 Karate World Cup Team.
