SERVPRO of Greenville/Cleveland did a fantastic job on my sofa cleaning. Highly recommend. Will definitely being using them again.

Servepro was contacted by State Farm to clean up after we had a small attic/closet fire. They came and shampooed part of the carpet in one room, removed insulation in the attic and fogged the house to remove the smell. Those are the things I told them to do and they did do them....my girlfriend and I were present the entire time they were there working (about 1 hour one day and about 2 hours another day). I found out later that they billed my insurance company (State Farm) for numerous things that they did not do....I know this because my girlfriend already did them....(and we were WATCHING them!)...such as clean ceilings, ceiling fans, baseboards, walls, etc. I called them and told 'Lynette' who promptly told me that they DID do those things and I was wrong!!!! Let me be clear...MY GIRLFRIEND AND I WERE STANDING NEARBY THE ENTIRE TIME THEY WERE IN MY HOUSE! Lynette was not!! Servepro has incentive to lie about this..i.e. a paycheck from State Farm...I, on the other hand have no incentive to lie about them....the work they DID do was fine. This is a CLEAR CUT case of Insurance Fraud!! Not only did we tell them what to do and what not to do in our house, we watched them.... I have filed a complaint with State Farm and am expecting them to look into this! It is people like this that cause insurance rates to be so high!!!
