I was impressed with Chucks response to some of my requests. For example: I indicated that I would like to have installed WeatherTeck floor mats. I was greeted and treated with respect even as the temps had dropped into the low 20's with wind gusts making it feel like 0. David Elrod brought the keys and allowed me test drive the vehicle complete with teen daughter in tow. I told him my needs and requirements; he went to bat for me and met each and every one. The paperwork was very low hassle; it helped being preapproved by my bank I think but they had other options which I may keep in mind next time. Recommend? Highly! Return business? When the time is right, I won't hesitate. According to my husband, I'm not always easy to please, and I am very pleased. Thanks guys.

We used to have our car serviced at Lexus in Chattanooga because Richard Kramer worked there and since he started working at Toyota, we started bringing our car here just so he can be in charge of working on it. He is a good, honest service advisor that we trust and trust means a lot. If he says something needs to be fixed, we trust his word and we get it fixed.

It was pretty good except that we never got the seat repaired that was supposed to be fixed before the vehicle pickup. We had to drive over an hour to pick up the vehicle and we told them that it HAD to be done before pickup however it wasn't so we drove the car home and it still has a hole in the seat. We don't have the time to drive 2 hrs just to get the car seat fixed.

Buying the car: Jeff is good in that there's no pressure. He responds to questions, fins out answers if he doesn't know (no one knows everything) and allowed me to take my time comparing, going home to think and then coming back. He's honest. Then the lady who worked out the financing and service contract was "above board." She explained options clearly with no rush or pressure. I like your service contract. It helps me maintain my budget. Your addition of Ivy is a Godsend. I work from 0800 to 1745 or later. I most often cannot get away. His vehicle pick up and delivery sets you high above others in your service dept. thanks!
