We were recommended by a close friend to use this insurance company, so this was our first experience with them. Sadly I took two heavy falls when skiing and hurt both knees and twisted my ankle. The Medical staff were brilliant with their treatment. On my return I put my insurance claim in and it was handled extremely efficiently and promptly - many thanks. We are shortly travelling to South Africa on holiday and I sincerely hope that we do not have to use the service again!
