Ive rented from this man for 4 months now and he is no good . I dont have any heat ... He took tha heat unit out ... I have a water leak that he refuses too fix .. There's MOLD in tha house as well as 2 of his other houses beside mine .. My front door is crackd and barley locks , he has never given me a key too tha house !!! Im on section 8 so i had too report tha issues and they came out and inspected tha home and of course it FAILED !!! So now im moving !!! All his houses are just like mine and if u ask my opinion i'd say all tha houses need too be condemened !!!
