I tried posting a copy of the invoice so the public would be able to see the charges for de icing (in a truck w the spreader) and for snow removal for 1 driveway (no roundabout or circle and about 225 feet long of asphalt; not Concrete) and the bill was $727.00 for two storms over three days. We asked them not to treat the sidewalks and they did anyway... and billed. Upcharged materials by 90% according to latest salt prices "wholesale". However, most disappointing, is that their employees left garbage/ empty bags of salt on our street and at the entrance for homeowners to clean up. My experience with this company is nothing short of unprofessional. They invoiced $165/hr for a truck for a driveway and charged 1.5 hours - I mean, talk about preying on the elderly. So they charged to come 2 times a day at that rate. what kind of salt product does M&P use if it requires multiple treatments within hours? what kind of materials are they using? Run don’t walk from this crooked business
