Our bookkeeping service is designed to handle all your daily financial record keeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable as well as your month-end accounting needs. This will reduce the need for an in-house bookkeeper saving your company time and money. At the end of the year we will work with your CPA or we can recommend a reputable CPA that will seamlessly process your end of year return.

Service Includes:

All clients are give access to Quickbooks Pro, hosted on a remote desktop in the cloud at no charge.
Classification, Scanning and Archiving of Financial Documents using SmartVault integrated with your Hosted Quickbooks file.
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
Review and adjust monthly inventory counts
Prepare Sales Tax Returns (if applicable).
Financial Reports including (but not limited to):
Profit and Loss (Income Statement)
Balance Sheet
Statement of Cash Flows
General Ledger
Quickbooks set up, training and maintenance
Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
Work with your CPA at end of year for tax preparation.
