Medium pressure is used to facilitate deeper relaxation in the body. The heat from the stones penetrates the muscles as the stress is melted away helping the body to release built up tension and stress. Fibro-Massage: 30 minutes $50, 60 minutes $75 Light to medium pressure and specific techniques used to release the tender points associated with the pain of Fibromyalgia along with hot compresses. Progress is charted with this treatment and regular weekly treatments are suggested for the best results. Sinus Relief Treatment: $45 20 MINUTE TREATMENT WITH AROMATHERAPY OILS Pressure points in the face and lymphatic drainage points are manipulated to relieve sinus pain and pressure. Hot compresses are used on the face to better facilitate drainage. An excellent add on to Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Scalp Massage: $25 15 minute treatment with aromatherapy oils The head is wrapped in hot towels and essential oils, then massaged along with the neck to relieve stress and tension. An excellent add on to any other service. Reflexology: 45 minute treatment The feet are wrapped in hot towels and then treated one at a time working each pressure point that corresponds with an organ system of the body. Deeply relaxing and is a great add on to sinus treatment, scalp massage or lymphatic drainage. Couples Retreat Massage: 90 minute treatment- Learn to nurture each other with therapeutic touch. Each person receives a full body massage while the other is being instructed what to do. A great date night or anniversary gift!
